I have been very fortunate to have two parallel careers. Personal Training and Teaching. In 2003 I successfully established the Active Schools Programme for Childhood Exercise in Scotland and hope to eventually develop a similar programme in Cote D’Azur. I love training kids, they are so much fun!
Children and teenagers should do at least one hour of activity every day. This can be accumulated and should combine a mixture of aerobic, muscle building and flexibility exercises.
I personal train children and teenagers in Cote D’Azur who are young athletes, children who want to maintain their fitness, children who are overweight and children who simply need a break from studying!
I teach them how to exercise safely, how to improve their diet and I design fun, varied exercise programs specific to their needs. We train one to one and in group sessions and run kids fitness camps in the holidays.

- Children who exercise are more likely to exercise as adults
- Lower risk for diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure
- Helps children who are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed (I also offer childhood counseling)
